Stacey plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining smooth workflows that help every transaction move efficiently from close to completion. 

With more than 35 years of experience in business management, Stacey brings a strong foundation of organization, reliability, and results-driven leadership. Her professional background spans medical, communications, and service-based industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a deep appreciation for precision and accountability. Stacey is especially committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, believing that clear communication and attention to detail are essential at every stage of a transaction. 

A Grand Rapids native, Stacey, spent several years in Northern Michigan before living in Alaska for two decades, returning to Michigan in 2021. She now lives in Grand Rapids with her husband, Terry, and their dog, Bella. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys camping, exploring new places, and spending time with her family—especially her grandsons, Oliver and Milo, who are the joy of her heart.
