MEET ZAK

Agency Director | Commercial Escrow Officer

When Denali Title was founded in 2018, the goal was simple: create a title and settlement company that genuinely cares about the people it serves and the business partners we work with. That vision continues to guide everything we do today.

Real estate has been a part of Zak’s life from the very beginning of his career. After obtaining his real estate license shortly after high school, he went on to gain experience across multiple areas of the industry, including real estate sales, mortgage lending, title insurance, and residential and commercial real estate investment and development. That broad perspective allows him to see challenges from every angle and approach them with creativity, practicality, and a solutions-first mindset. Solutions are his passion, and clients are his community.

Zak believes that buying, selling, and investing in real estate is more than paperwork and deadlines. It's about helping people move forward in some of life's most important moments. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, a lender, or a real estate professional, he is committed to finding answers, removing obstacles, and helping transactions reach the closing table with confidence.

As Agency Director, Zak remains actively involved in shaping the culture and direction of Denali Title. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: take care of people, have integrity and grace, and never stop learning. Those values have helped build a company known for accessibility, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to its clients and partners.

Outside the office, Zak enjoys spending time with his wife, his high school sweetheart, and their six children. Whether he's attending school and sporting events, enjoying the outdoors with his family, or competing in a game of pickleball or softball, he brings the same energy and enthusiasm to life that he brings to his work. Born and raised in Byron Center, he is proud to call West Michigan home and is grateful to serve the community that has shaped his life and career.
